Eligibility Requirements
Tenants must meet the following requirements to be eligible for these housing units:
- be 18 years or older
- have a mental disability (intellectual disability, chronic mental illness, developmental brain injury) which is given by a physician or SSI/SSDI disability determination
- have a need for supervision or support in order to be successful in the community
- be working with a targeted case manager, care coordinator, or regional social worker to coordinate services
- be low income or SSI eligible
